These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the Gallicultura platform (the “Platform”), including the website, dashboard, applications, content generation tools, document reading/analysis, content publication, video modules, chat, and any related functionality (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, registering, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is operated by Gallicultura Universal Technology LLC, an entity in the process of

(“Gallicultura”, “we”, “our”).

2.1. You must have the legal capacity to contract. If you are a minor, you must have
authorization from your parent/guardian.

the confidentiality of your access and all activities performed under your account.

(e.g., voice minutes, image generation, video storage) reset according
to the applicable billing cycle.
4.3. Payments may be processed by third parties. By paying, you accept their
conditions.
4.4. Unless state otherwise in writing, payments are non-refundable,
except where applicable law requires otherwise.
4.5. We reserve the right to suspend or limit access for non-payment,
chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
5.1. Definition. “User Content” includes any text, images, videos, audios, messages, comments, posts, links, documents, metadata, or other materials that you upload, generate, post, or share on the Platform.

Gallicultura does not control, approve, and does not guarantee the truthfulness, legality, safety, or
suitability of the
User Content. Each user is solely responsible for the content they upload, share, publish, or
for the use they make of the Platform.

Gallicultura is not liable for damages, losses, claims, sanctions, or consequences arising
from the users' use of the Services or User Content, including public or private content shared by third
parties.
To protect the community, it is strictly prohibited to upload, publish, share, transmit, or request content that includes or promotes:

We may (but are not obligated to) review, moderate, restrict, hide, or remove content, as
well as suspend or cancel accounts, at our sole discretion, especially when detecting risks,

8.1. To operate the Services, by uploading or publishing User Content, you grant Gallicultura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and communicate your content only to the extent necessary to:

9.1. The Platform, software, design, brands, logos, interfaces, templates, and
any proprietary Gallicultura material are the property of Gallicultura or its licensors.

Results are provided “as is” and may contain errors.
10.2. The user is responsible for verifying and applying with judgment any
recommendation, output, or generated content.
10.3. Gallicultura does not guarantee specific results, absolute accuracy, or fitness
for a particular purpose.
11.1. Video hosting may be available only for specific plans and
subject to included GB limits and/or upload rules.
11.2. If you exceed your quota, the Platform may block new uploads until
you delete content or purchase a storage add-on.
11.3. We may optimize (e.g., transcode) videos to ensure quality and
efficiency.
11.4. Public content can have high demand; Gallicultura may apply stability measures
(quality optimization, temporary limits, or others) to protect service continuity.
12.1. We may suspend or terminate your access if:
12.2. Termination may involve loss of access to hosted content, subject to
law and internal policies.
12.3. The user can cancel their subscription according to the options available on
the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
13.1. Gallicultura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of reputation, or business
interruption
arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
13.2. In no event will Gallicultura's total liability exceed the amount paid
by the user to Gallicultura in the last 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or the
minimum allowed by law, whichever is greater).

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Platform. By using Gallicultura, you accept this Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. If the change is material, we will notify you by reasonable means (site, dashboard, email). Continued use implies acceptance of the current version.
These Terms will be interpreted according to the applicable law based on Gallicultura's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek to resolve it in good faith. If not possible, it will be submitted to the competent courts as indicated in the current version published by Gallicultura.
