2) Content Retention and Deletion Policy
This Policy describes how content stored on Gallicultura is preserved, limited, and deleted,
including videos, documents, publications, and messages, as well as the operation of storage
quotas.
1. General Principle
Gallicultura preserves content as long as it is necessary to provide the service, comply
with legal obligations, and maintain the security of the Platform, subject to:
- your settings (public/private),
- the contracted plan,
- storage quotas,
- compliance with Terms and Policies.
2. Video Storage Quotas
Video hosting depends on the plan:
- Basic ($149): 0 GB (viewing only, no upload)
- Intermediate ($299): 10 GB included to host video
- Pro ($349): 15 GB included to host video
Library Add-ons:
- +30 GB: $349/month
- +60 GB: $649/month
Note: The “library” is the cumulative total stored. If you exceed your quota, section 3
applies.
3. What happens if you reach 100% of your quota?
When your library reaches the limit:
- You will not be able to upload more videos until you delete content, upgrade your plan, or
purchase a storage
add-on.
- The Platform may show alerts at 80%, 95%, and 100% usage.
4. Deletion by the User
You can delete videos and publications from your library (if the functionality is available).
When you delete content:
- it is removed from your library and is no longer publicly accessible,
- it may temporarily remain in technical copies (backups) for a reasonable period for security
and integrity reasons.
5. Deletion for Moderation or Compliance
Gallicultura may remove content that: violates Terms or Content Policy, represents a security
risk, or is required by competent authority.
6. Account Closure
If you cancel your account or it is terminated for breach:
- access to hosted content may be lost,
- Gallicultura may retain minimal records for periods necessary to comply with legal
obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud,
- content may be deleted according to internal retention windows.
7. Backups and Technical Copies
For stability and security, Gallicultura may maintain technical copies (backups) for a limited
period. Permanent deletion may not be immediate in all systems.

3) Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Policy explains how subscription cancellations, plan changes, and refunds work.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription from your account (if enabled) or by requesting it to: direccion@gallicultura.ai.
Cancellation:
- prevents future renewals,
- maintains access until the end of the already paid period, unless suspended for breach.
2. Plan Changes (Upgrade/Downgrade)
- Upgrade: may apply immediately or at the next cycle, depending on the billing
system.
- Downgrade: normally applies at the next billing cycle.
If you change to a plan with less included storage (e.g. Pro → Intermediate): if your library
exceeds the new quota, you can keep the existing content, but you will not be able to upload more
until
you reduce usage or purchase an add-on.
3. Refunds
Unless applicable law states otherwise:
- Subscription and add-on payments are non-refundable once charged.
- No refunds are issued for partially used periods.
We may evaluate exceptions in cases of: confirmed duplicate charge, system-attributable error that
prevents access for a relevant period, or other justified situations at Gallicultura's
discretion.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback with their bank/gateway:
- Gallicultura may temporarily suspend the account while it is resolved,
- if fraud or abuse is confirmed, the account may be canceled.
